Dear Partners,

As there were almost no reaction on my previous email (just from Polish II and Turkish) we have decided to ask you to book your hotel yourselves. There are plenty of options and it will be easier this was, also it is necessary to use you Credit card number for confirmation anyway. The meeting place will be near Victoria so it would be good to book your hotel near this place:

Here you can find a list of near hotels:
http://www.hotels-london.co.uk/browse.php?available=1&q=Victoria&search=1&arriving=27%20Apr%202009&nights=3

As a *** hotel I would recommend Best Western Corona Hotel:
http://www.hotels-london.co.uk/best-western-corona.hotel

As a ** hotel I would recommend Melita House Hotel:
http://www.hotels-london.co.uk/melita-house.hotel

So please, book your hotels as soon as possible. If you would need any advice or help, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Also, I would really need to know, how many persons are coming from each organization (except Turkish and Polish II), thank you.

Looking forward to meet you in London.

Kind regards

Gustav
